RED ROCK, Colo.
(CBS4) – A new cafe is popping up in Red Rock that offers an all-you-can-eat meal for just $3.00.
Red Rock Cafe is located in a strip mall across from the Red Rock Country Club, but it’s opening up to the public for the first time today.
“We’re looking to bring the world to Red Rock and the world will enjoy it,” said Mike Jones, founder and owner of Red Rock Café.
“It’s going to be a new way to experience the Colorado Rockies and Red Rock.
This is not a traditional restaurant.
It’s a really, really good way to go for a good, cheap meal.”
The Red Rock Cafeteria is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and on Saturday from 12 p.o.m to 4 p.y.
The cafe will have breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
“It’s a very popular restaurant, and we’re kind of the only one doing it,” Jones said.
“There’s a lot of other places doing it and they’re all in town, so I thought it was a great idea to open it here in town.”
Red Rock Café has been open since August 2017 and Jones says he has been doing well.
“There’s been some great growth here, a lot more customers, a big increase in business,” Jones explained.
“We have a lot going for us.
We’re very happy.”
Jones says he’s not sure what his next venture will be.
“I’m going to have to think about it and see what happens,” Jones admitted.
